diet math!

Ok a McDonalds ice cream cone is 150 calories with 4 g of protein. So I could get my 40 grams of protein by eating 10 ice cream cones and still only be at 1500 calories for the day. Math working to help us all;)

goal list of today

What are my goals?…….

• tie my skates with out breathing hard
• Tie my skates while in a sitting position not have to get on one knee
• have my gut be even with my chest (my chest actually sticks out farther now)
• fit comfortable in a XL t shirt ( i can actually put on a large but they are too short)
• be off my blood pressure meds The meds I am waiting to hear from my doctor
• Not need diabetic meds
• Bench press my weight 5x
• get rid of man tits
• look good in my favorite shirt from 1999

249 lbs ( i have never been able to break the 250 mark)
257 lbs 20 pounds down
248 lbs 30 pounds down
237 lbs 40 pounds down

227 lbs 50 pounds down
217 lbs 60 pounds down
207 lbs 70 pounds down
197 lbs 80 pounds down
187 lbs 90 pounds down The final goal BMI 24.1 and a normal weight

• holy deal stepped on the scale this morning and it reads 212!!! This my lowest weight in memory!

• I missed my fill appointment so I had to reschedule for aug boo!

• I am working the polar opposite shift of my wife on the days i works . Me on days her on nights. We high five each other as we drive past each other on the street.

• I have been working on my car a lot. Since it is mine and not the family car I got to make my ride look nice (well as nice as a 2005 can) I'll post pics soon.

• I have also been working out laying out a my friends book she wrote. I pretty excited by this I have never laid out a book before.
