I was posting this as a comment and thought hey this is kind of a post

There are old foods that I miss. But i miss more the act of eating. What i mean is I will go home hungry and my brain still says "awwww yeah gonna eat me a plate of this and wash it down with that and finish it off with some of this. " But then I make dinner and eat my 1/2 cup to a cup and BOOM I hit the wall of full! and i think to my self well that was disappointing. See my weight issues cam not so much of what i ate. I just ate a whollllle bunch of it ;)

fill er up

Went in for a fill I missed my last appointment due to being a ditz. Have you noticed how long they make you wait for fills? All the pre band people go right in I guess they figure were hooked already so they can make us wait for our fix. anyway I am at 7 in 9 cc band and I am finally feeling the mysterious restriction. I can feel fluids going down. I get full after a very small amount. SO the scale has gone down in the days since i got the fill so thats a good thing still have not hit the 20_ yet hopefully soon

Well I found out recently that I am going to be a grandfather....to TWINS! I am to young for this. My daughter is 21 but still...
