I am curious for tomorrows weigh in. I don't think it will be huge my sodium intake has been way too high. I holding water like its going out of style.
Things I need to do:
Drink more water and make sure my protein is high enough. I have been really tired the last few days. Drank a protein shake and now feel fine.
On a good note found out might be going on tour in Europe in Apr/may keep your fingers crossed
